On this page you will find useful information about the changes to our core system from March 3, 2021 to March 8, 2021.
Bill Pay
Bill Pay will function the same with more enhancements. You will be required to re-enter your bill payees and set up your payments. Any bill that is set to pay after March 3, 2021 will need to be set up again after the system upgrade.Watch Instructional Video
[Step 1] Record your current Payees and Bills so that you can reset these transactions up after the system upgrade. These will not carry over into the new system. You should also download any reporting you may need for tax purposes.
[Step 2] After the system has upgraded on March 8th, navigate to the "Payments" page (formerly known as Bill Pay) and click the Enroll button. After the request processes, you will see a success screen and a prompt to "Add a payee".
*If you have ACH payments set up outside of our system, no action is needed. Those payments will continue to be debited from your account.

*Attention Business Customers: You may not need to record your current payees. There will be an easy way to import your payees from your accounting software into our new bill pay system after March 8th.
- Log into online banking
- Click the Payments button
- Select "Payees"
- From the drop down menu, select "Import Payees"
- Click "Import from CSV File"

Online Banking
You are going to see some great enhancements after March 8th to Online Banking.- Personalized Dashboard
- View account balances and activity
- Complete transfers, including scheduled and recurring transfers
- Manage debit cards
- Pay bills and payees
- Facial ID security
- Live Chat
[Step 1] 1On or after March 8th, when logging in for the first time, use your current username and the last four digits of your social security number as your temporary password. Businesses should use the last four digits of their EIN or TIN.

Note: We will no longer use security questions to verify users. We will migrate to a more secure 2 factor verification where users will be sent a verification code via txt message or email.

E-statements
Your e-statements will now be available in online banking and sent via email. The best part about your new e-statements is that they now will look like your online banking transactions. No more trying to sift through all of the transactions. They are simple and easy to read!Online Banking Statements
Online statements and check images prior to the upgrade will be available after the system upgrade. If you need to access your prior year statements during the system upgrade, we recommend that you download them before March 3rd.[Step 1] Download and save account statements before the system upgrade or ask a CSB representative to print those for you.

Mobile Banking and App

Please note you will be required to download our new mobile app on March 8th from the apple store or google play.
